Interviewers

A service company is only as good as its people and TCFCR’s staff of interviewers represents one of our company’s key assets.  Personable and articulate, with the requisite skills and discretion to communicate effectively with consumers, healthcare professionals and business-to-business contacts, our interviewers possess college or advanced degrees. Some are educated and employed as teachers, nurses and social workers. All are trained in Adverse Event and Product Complaint reporting protocol, a necessity when conducting interviews on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry.
