Delivery

The final project stage begins with the delivery of research findings. TCFCR prepares a compilation of reports which present the qualitative and quantitative data in a variety of formats.

Our all-inclusive report provides a complete audit trail of the research and includes a list of respondents and copies of survey documents, in addition to graphical and text-formatted results and customer verbatim comments. Our clients also receive an Executive Summary, a one-page “At A Glance” presentation of research highlights and, when applicable, a Benchmarking Index which illustrates how their satisfaction scores compare against the ratings received by other companies.

Our innovative 4Results™ reporting process enables our clients to quickly gain an understanding of the root drivers of customer dissatisfaction by providing a targeted look at all customers who were less than “very satisfied” with their interaction with our client. This facilitates a “fast track” examination of potential issues.

TCFCR believes that delivering reports is only part of the completion stage, however.  Working with our clients to analyze the findings and determine suitable next steps, we make a formal presentation of the results, either in person or via teleconference, where we review the 4Results™ and other data with appropriate team and management personnel.
