Account Managers

TCFCR’s Account Managers understand the importance of communication. They are charged with overseeing all aspects of your project’s development and execution, and work in tandem with our operations management and interview staff to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of results.

Client side, your company’s Account Manager is your frontline liaison and, as such, is responsible for disseminating project status updates and other relevant information.

Our Account Managers, however, are not just figureheads who leave the nuts and bolts to other team members.  They are an integral part of the process from inception to delivery, and they utilize their skills and expertise to maximize the end-result value of your project.
